Friction within an organization can frustrate employees, fatigue teams, and cause organizations to struggle and fail. It can be detrimental to productivity, quality of work and employee morale, making you vulnerable to disruption. Oftentimes, while it is clear that friction is having a negative impact, its source and solution are not as apparent.
In this course, Professors Bob Sutton and Huggy Rao explore common causes of organizational friction and how you can prevent it from dragging down your team and your company. They are joined by Perry Klebahn and Jeremy Utley for a hands-on design thinking workshop to put the theory into practice.
